SEK attracts visitors from Ireland and across the world and aims to deliver a deep understanding and appreciation of the history, process and craft involved in the production of our famous red Ale.

MKF, as the appointed operating partner of Diageo for Smithwick's Experience Kilkenny, is seeking to recruit a dynamic, energetic and customer focused SEK Front of House, Tour & Events Coordinator Team Leader, to join the exciting SEK team in Kilkenny.

Role:

We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to lead the SEK Front of House team & events coordinator.

Role Requirements:
  • You will proactively lead the Smithwick's Visitor Experience team in delivering a friendly, innovative, and award winning brand immersive experience to visitors.
  • You will deliver motivating leadership to your team daily with the aim of delivering outstanding customer service.
  • You will promote a customer first attitude in order to generate passion for delivering excellent customer service to ensure the team are acting as ambassadors for Smithwick's and our Brand Home.
  • You will be actively involved in the staff's training, development and offering mentorship, while looking for ways of continuous improvement to ensure we are always market leading.
  • A good knowledge of computers and booking systems & experience in hospitality or a customer facing role is essential.
