The Range Duty Manager

Location: Kingfisher Shopping Centre, Redditch
Position: Duty Manager
Hours: Full Time

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Duty Manager to join our team.

As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day to day operation of the store, ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained and helping to lead and motivate the team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the management team with the daily running of the store
• Supervising and motivating team members during shifts
• Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer queries
• Ensuring the store is well presented, stocked and operating efficiently
• Assisting with staff training and development
• Monitoring sales performance and helping to achieve store targets
• Managing cash handling and till procedures
• Opening and closing the store when required
• Maintaining health and safety standards throughout the store

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail, hospitality or a customer facing environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead by example and inspire colleagues
• A positive, can do attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
