The Lodge BOH Shift Manager (Manchester)

The BOH Shift Manager of The Lodge is responsible for leading the Lodge BOH team across a shift to provide high standards of food safety, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, food quality, and team professionalism.

You are responsible for all BOH operations - day to day matters relating to food, hygiene, cleanliness and team; maintaining accurate records relating to food safety standards as per EHO requirements.
