We are delighted to be working with The Education Training Collective (Etc.), an Outstanding group of college and training providers offering high-quality education and training opportunities for learners, communities and businesses in Teesside and across the UK. The group is responding to today's changing national skills agenda by raising aspirations, equipping learners with the skills to build rewarding careers, and addressing industry and key growth sector needs. To support this agenda, we are seeking an experienced FE professional to join the Executive Leadership team as Deputy Chief Executive (Curriculum & Quality).

As the Ofsted Nominee, the role holds executive accountability for inspection preparedness, safeguarding, personal development, SEND, British values, apprenticeships and sustained learner destinations.

We are seeking to appoint a proven FE leader who is strategic, unrelenting in their approach to exceptional quality, teaching and learning, and who knows how to deliver change within a fast-moving and complex operational environment.
