Test Technician

The Role

We areseekinga detail-oriented and technically skilledTest Technicianto perform product testing, quality assurance, and inspection procedures. The ideal candidate willbe responsible foroperatingand monitoring test equipment, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards, and accurately documenting results.

• Set up andoperate test equipment and processes according to specifications and procedures
• Conduct functional, environmental, or performance tests on products/components
• Record test data and report deviations or non-conformities
• Interpret test procedures and adjust processes as needed to meet quality standards
• Ability to read manufacturing technical drawings and specifications
• Maintain test equipment and perform routine calibrations or troubleshooting
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve test issues (Internal and external customers)
• Adhere to safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

About you

• Essential -3-5 years of experience in a test, QA, or manufacturing environment
• Essential -Experience in a similar manufacturing environment - SMT, aerospace, automotive or electronics
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, or software testing procedures
• Strong root cause and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience with automated test systems (e.g., ICT, functional testers) (Preferable)
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards or Six Sigma principles
