Test Technician

A leading high tech manufacturing organisation is seeking a Test Technician to join its growing production team in Belfast. Your role

As a Test Technician, you will play a key part in ensuring that all components and assemblies meet the highest standards before progressing through the production process. Working to established engineering work instructions, you will:

• Carry out incoming quality checks on components and materials
• Test coolers and associated components to confirm they meet required specifications
• Inspect precision components prior to build
• Follow defined assembly procedures with accuracy and care
• Mount components into assembly jigs with meticulous attention to detail
• Complete all assembly and test documentation accurately
• Adhere strictly to production processes and quality control requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Need to Succeed

You will bring a combination of technical capability, precision and a commitment to quality. Essential requirements include:

• GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) with at least 2 years' experience in a high tech production environment
• Strong manual dexterity for handling small and delicate components
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• IT literacy and confidence working with digital records
