The successful candidate will be responsible for providing test solutions and supporting sample builds for TPMS product families during their development process.General Responsibilities • Participate in the development of end-user tools for data analysis, reporting and work flow processes with database communication • Assist with analyzing the existing software and improving the processes • Coordinate with the Design and Test Lab departments on requirements of new functionality • Participate in integration of in-house software for our test equipment • Taking part in on-site software debugging, machines further adaptation and optimization Experience / Qualifications • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers Utilise a working knowledge of a PC programming software languages and programming techniques (C/C++/C#/Visual Basic), revision control, and verification and validation techniques to develop and debug new and existing test solutions Shall be having knowledge in the use of test development applications (National Instruments LabVIEW, TestStand). Experience in electronic test (ICT systems) Knowledge RF test and Measurement systems Contribute to continually optimising the NPI process including writing technical documents and providing product specific training to manufacturing support staff. Liaise with various departments including Project Management, R&D and Manufacturing Engineering at a technical level, working within the NPDE2 framework to deliver successful growth and new product projects. Ability to project manage, collate, analyse and interpret data to identify, communicate and document risks and issues identified during product development Ability to work autonomously, and rapidly often to tight deadlines, without compromising quality on multiple projects.
