We are seeking a dedicated Test Manager to join our Apex and IRRBB team. This role is pivotal as we aim to consolidate our progress and prepare for future demands leading up to 2026. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional testing and automation experience, focusing on a treasury system that generates vital reports. Your expertise will drive the overall test strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of functional testing and test strategy.

• Creating and implementing test structures.

• Running UAT tests against business requirements.

• Gathering detailed specifications from business stakeholders.

• Managing stakeholder expectations and requirements.

• Coordinating cross-team activities, inclusive of teams in India.

• Defining test criteria and ensuring end-to-end alignment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in functional and system testing.

• Strong knowledge of testing strategies and methodologies.

• Experience in handling treasury systems.

• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

• Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.

• Experience with system implementation.
