This leading specialist software provider is undergoing a period of growth while progressing and developing its flagship and new products in the market. Due to these demands, the company is looking for a Test Manager to take charge of a small and specialist test & QA team.
You will work closely with the Head of Development and the Environment Manager to ensure efficient and successful testing of upcoming applications and releases. You will also maintain hands on testing duties while representing and leading the test team.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a small specialist test & QA team, perform hands on testing duties, coordinate with development and environment managers, and ensure comprehensive testing of upcoming applications and releases.
Qualifications & Skills- Test team leadership experience
- Commercial software testing background
- Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Application, functional and systems testing experience
- Implementation of automation tools
- Performance & load testing knowledge
