Test Manager

We are searching for a Test Manager to lead a team of three dedicated testers and coordinate testing efforts across a wider group of subject matter experts during a Workday implementation. This role requires hands-on test leadership, primarily focusing on manual testing, with some exposure to automation.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of testers through all phases of the test lifecycle
2. Coordinate testing activities with SMEs across various business functions
3. Develop and execute test plans, ensuring test coverage and quality standards
4. Oversee defect tracking, reporting, and resolution
5. Ensure effective handover of responsibilities from the current internal lead
6. Proven experience as a Test Manager or Test Lead on large-scale programmes
7. Strong background in manual testing; automation exposure is a plus
8. Prior experience working on a Workday implementation is essential
