Test Manager - Temenos T24/Saas - Banking

Exciting opportunity for a Test Manager experienced with Temenos T24 or Saas Core Banking Systems to join a London-based Bank's Technology & Change team. Working with the Business Transformation Director and CIO, you will work across all programme workstreams, playing a crucial role in the Bank's Digital Transformation. Crucially, you will be creating test strategies, test plans and monitoring and reporting on internal and external testing. You will be working in an essential role contributing to the controlled delivery of the new Core Banking System.

Responsibilities:

• Define automation architecture and solutions for standalone as well as integrated testing for Temenos across all modules for cloud and On-prem architecture.
• Review and analyse Business requirements and system specifications to define test automation approach, scope and implement it.
• Design solutions for API testing, mocks, stubs and simulators needed for test automation.
• Define and implement the CICD integration and DevOps solutions to ensure continuous testing and execution.
• Drive the overall DevOps and test strategy while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Design and implement test data management solutions for large and complex application landscapes and their testing cycles.
• Work collaboratively with various team to achieve goals.
• Proactively raise issues, risks and recommend optimal solutions.

Ideal Skills Requirement:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering/Related Field.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• Strong knowledge of Core Banking Transformations.
• Expertise in Test Automation tool chain Cucumber, TestNG, Selenium, Rest Assured etc.
• Experience in implementing test automation for large Temenos implementations and hands on knowledge of Temenos across modules and concepts like COB testing, OFS, IRIS, T24 Outbox.
• Solid understanding on API automation.
• Good understanding of CI CD pipelines and tools like Gitlab (preferred), Jenkins etc.
• Good understanding of containerized env and techs like Docker, Kubernetes.
• Development experience with hands on exp on Spring boot or similar is preferred.
• Very good understanding of best practices, clean code policies, branching strategies and security scans.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure(preferred).
• Experience on Kafka streaming platforms like Confluent Kafka, IBM MQ etc.
• Excellent communication & Stakeholder management skills.
