We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Test Lead to join our product development team. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts across multiple product lines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams including development, product management, and operations to define test strategies, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies for new and existing products.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Develop and maintain automated and manual test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing tools, processes, and methodologies.
• Provide regular status reports and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
