Test Engineer

Role requires international relocation to Eindhoven, Netherlands.

We are seeking a hands on Test Engineer to join a leading high tech manufacturing environment in Eindhoven, Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and qualifying complex high tech modules and systems to ensure they meet strict performance and quality standards. Working in a cleanroom environment, you will play a key role in delivering advanced technology while supporting continuous improvement across manufacturing and qualification processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble, adjust, calibrate, test, and qualify complex high tech modules and systems.
• Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
• Execute qualification and acceptance tests while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, test results, and shift handovers.
• Follow established work instructions, testing procedures, and safety requirements.
• Support new product introductions and help resolve production bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate and implement solutions to technical issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to testing, quality, and manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

• A degree in a technical engineering discipline.
• 1-5 years of hands on experience in a high tech manufacturing, testing, production, or field service environment.
• Experience with assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and qualification of complex technical equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a structured approach to work.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and following strict quality and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work a rotating 5 shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills in English.
