Test Engineer

We are hiring an experiencedTest Engineer to join a growing technology team responsible for delivering high-quality core and custom software releases.
This role suits a mid-level to senior tester (5-10 years' experience) with strong manual and automation experience, and solid hands on exposure to stress and performance testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage structured test scripts within a live product environment.
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases (functional and regression).
• Plan and control stress/performance testing using WAPT or similar tools.
• Analyze performance results and provide improvement recommendations.
• Investigate, document, and track defects through to resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis in collaboration with developers.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and promote a quality first mindset.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and release readiness to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5-10 years' hands on software testing experience.
• Strong experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Proven stress/performance testing experience (WAPT or equivalent).
• Comfortable testing across front end and back end systems (UI & APIs).
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating within cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
