Test Coordinator

We are looking for a Test Coordinator to join one of our clients in the Biotech sector to play a crucial role on a large-scale IT transformation project. If you have a passion for quality, process optimization, and ensuring product excellence, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft test plans and quality strategies for diverse software products.
• Coordinate testing activities across teams and oversee execution timelines.
• Perform both functional and non-functional tests to ensure product integrity.
• Report test results and key findings to project stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify, document, and track bugs or improvement areas throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor and improve the testing process to align with project goals and timelines.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in a test coordination or related quality assurance role.
• Proficient in test planning, coordination, and execution in agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of modern testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong communication abilities.
• Certification in ISTQB, TMAP, or similar is highly desirable.
