Our client is looking for 6 test automation engineer for a project at the Federal Government.

• 4 x Test Automation Engineers have to have at least 3 years experience
• 2 x Test Automation Engineers have to have at least 6 years experience

This senior role focuses on strategic input, coordination, and advanced technology integration.

• Requirements Clarification: Experienced in clarifying functional and non-functional requirements.

• Reporting: Documentation of automated test results.
• Methodology & Strategy: Proficient with test methodologies and certifications (ISTQB).
• Leadership & Strategy: Leading role in defining test strategy, tools, and test architecture.
• Quality Reporting: Reporting on software quality.
• Agile: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
• Coordination & Coaching: Proven experience as a test coordinator and coach.
• Mindset: Proactive attitude.
• Advanced Tools & Technologies:
  • Scripting/Automation: Gherkin, Selenium.
  • Approach: BDD (Cucumber).
  • Test Management: XRAY.
  • Collaboration Tools: Confluence and JIRA.
  • Programming Skills: Java, JavaScript, JSON, OpenAPI, XML, Angular, SpringBoot, HTML.
  • Data/Integration: Knowledge of REST APIs, ActiveMQ, events.
  • Data Management: SQL and test data management.

Containerization & DevOps: Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Lens, Helm, Harbor, GitLab.
