Test Analyst (QA)

Location: Croydon 1x a week/Work from home

Employment Type: Full-time

Department: QA/Test

Due to the industries we work in, we require the successful candidate to be able to obtain high level security clearance. To qualify for this, you must be a British citizen and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years.

About the Role

The Test Analyst supports the QAT function by capturing, validating, and presenting quality and readiness data. They execute readiness walkthroughs, monitor incident simulation outcomes, and maintain assurance dashboards and artifacts. This role suits an individual who is analytical, organised, and eager to grow within a structured QA and assurance environment. In this role you will support readiness testing, validation, and metrics management across transitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run incident simulation drills and capture outcomes.
  • Validate Knowledge Transfer sessions and training material quality.
  • Track KPIs, metrics, and dashboard data for readiness evidence.Maintain KT validation logs and assist with lessons learned collation.
  • Support data analysis and reporting automation.
  • Validate runbooks and technical documentation
Key Skills Required
  • Knowledge management and training validation.
  • Data and KPI analysis (Excel / Power BI).
  • Incident / Problem management familiarity.
  • Clear documentation and communication.
