Job Description

This is a field-based territory sales role focused on driving adoption of consumable products, building strong customer relationships, and delivering sustainable growth across the West Midlands.

  • Manage a portfolio of medical consumables, including vascular access products, prefilled syringes, and infection prevention solutions.
  • Engage key hospital departments such as Vascular Access Service Teams (VASTs), Infection Control, Oncology, Radiology, Theatres, and Procurement.
  • Develop and execute territory plans aligned with strategic goals, focusing on top growth accounts.
  • Conduct product trials and in-service training, supported by clinical consultants where needed.
  • Deliver educational programmes and value-added services to enhance product uptake and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with regional sales, clinical, and commercial teams to maximise business potential.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, contributing insights to business case development.
  • Maintain accurate records and performance metrics, meeting agreed sales targets and expectations.


The Successful Applicant

  • Based in the West Midlands, with a strong background in healthcare sales and a proven track record of success. Experience in selling medical consumables or vascular access products is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, skilled in consultative selling, product demonstration, and relationship building.
  • The ability to build lasting client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
