Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and driving business growth? Heidelberg Materials is looking for aTerritory Sales Manager (TSM)to lead a portfolio of customer accounts across a defined geographical region.
As a TSM, you will be responsible for implementing a strategic sales plan to grow market share, increase revenue, and improve profitability. You'll engage with customers through multiple channels-including digital platforms-to deliver value-added products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Develop and execute structured call cycles using digital tools (e.g., video calls) to maintain strong customer engagement.
- Prepare quotes, support tender submissions, and contribute to annual sales budgets and forecasts.
- Resolve customer queries promptly
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase share of wallet.
- Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships aligned with the Market Strategy Plan (MSP).
- Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure seamless product and service delivery.
- Identify and communicate market insights and customer needs to internal teams.
- Track and forecast customer metrics and project outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and SAP systems, ensuring all sales processes are followed.
- Leverage market data (e.g., ABI) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to identify opportunities and improve customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or territory management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative.
