Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to lead sales efforts for our cutting-edge peripheral intervention devices within the assigned region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen who can build relationships with healthcare professionals, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a territory sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, and hospital procurement teams.
- Provide clinical product education, demonstrations, and support during procedures.
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and expand customer base.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and advancements in peripheral intervention technology.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines in medical device sales.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in medical device sales, within peripheral interventional products.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of Dutch market.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region.
- Fluent English and Dutch speaking
- Ideally come from a Clinical background as a nurse or working within clinical trials
