Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to lead sales efforts for our cutting-edge peripheral intervention devices within the assigned region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen who can build relationships with healthcare professionals, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a territory sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, and hospital procurement teams.
  • Provide clinical product education, demonstrations, and support during procedures.
  • Identify new business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and expand customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and advancements in peripheral intervention technology.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines in medical device sales.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in medical device sales, within peripheral interventional products.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of Dutch market.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region.
  • Fluent English and Dutch speaking
  • Ideally come from a Clinical background as a nurse or working within clinical trials
