Territory Sales Manager - South East England

Full-time

CRC Industries UK is looking for a Territory Sales Manager - South East England who will be responsible for the achievement of individual annual sales budget, contributing to the overall team budget for the UK & Ireland and wider Western EMEA region. Predominantly a field-based role which demands a combination of on-site and virtual meetings. Planning, reporting, and virtual meetings are from home office. The growth of five CRC UK brands into existing 'top 25' distribution partners, also identifying and developing new 'high potential' targets is the objective of this role.

Some tasks that await you:
  • Support top 25 distribution partners to promote sell through of CRC products
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high potential and major key end-users
  • Prioritize activities around growth of business verticals within the MRO segment, in line with CRC core objectives
  • Develop and progress new business opportunities through pipeline; ensuring that all opportunities are accurately qualified and valued
  • Utilize all brands to maximise every opportunity to its best advantage

Time Management

  • 100% of time should be spent focused on sales development
  • Aim to complete a minimum of 4 qualified sales calls per working day
  • Spend 70% of time focused on end users (include Joint calls with distributors)
  • Spend 30% of time working with distribution partners
  • Organise travel and overnight stays in line with company policy on maximum daily mileage
  • Plan each day in the most efficient way ensuring the entire geographical area is covered
  • Plan days activities to minimise time spent in car and maximise call time
  • Follow up leads in a timely fashion

Reporting and analytics

  • Report directly to the UK & Ireland Sales Director
  • Ensure activities are accurately reported according to existing reporting systems
  • Maintain 'Territory Development Plan' to include up to date customer/target information
  • Progress all new business opportunities within the Western EMEA pipeline
  • Complete all administrative activities in a timely manner
  • Communicate with all departments to ensure customers receive a high level of service
  • Report on competitor activity and provide the company with relevant market information
  • Ensure company policy is always maintained and properly implemented in the field
This is what we expect from you:
  • Graduate level education is preferred, and/or able to demonstrate experience and success in similar positions
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence at varying levels
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft programmes (Office 365)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
