Territory CX Manager - Agriculture & Dealer Support

John Deere is seeking a Territory Customer Experience Manager to lead customer success across Central, Southern & Southwest England. This field-based role focuses on uptime, machine performance and dealer collaboration to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will build dealer capabilities, coordinate technical intervention, and drive proactive service, warranty and product programmes while working with Harvesting, Crop Care, Aftermarket and Sales teams.
