Our client is a recognized player in the watchmaking and microtechnology industry, specialized in the development and production of high-precision components. Located in the Jura Arc, the company is currently strengthening its finishing department and has entrusted us with the recruitment of its future: Finishing Manager (M/F).Your responsibilities: Ensure safety, adherence to standards, and overall performance of the department Supervise quality, deadlines, and production costs Implement quality processes and guide teams by developing their skills Manage the HR cycle in relation to management (recruitment, etc.) Communicate important decisions and report from the field Lead continuous improvement projects and anticipate the needs for key resources Update work instructions and define production standards Monitor technical skills and versatility of the team Optimize processes (line balancing, throughput time, versatility) Analyze discrepancies and implement targeted action plans Participate in the development of new processes and equipment Promote interdepartmental collaboration and provide technical support to production linesYour profile: Confirmed experience in polishing and in a similar role in the watchmaking environment Mastery of 5-axis CNC machines and knowledge of metrology, quality, and project management Comfortable with Lean tools and oriented towards continuous improvement Autonomous with a strong sense of responsibility and leadership Recognized for your rigor, responsiveness, flexibility, and field presenceWhat we offer you: A demanding industrial environment and a key role in production performance Exciting projects with a direct impact on operations Real opportunities for advancementReady to take on a new technical challenge in a stimulating environment?
