Job Description

Positions available in the Q3/Q4 of 2026 may be on either permanent or seasonal basis, pending business requirements.

Team members will rotate between duties on a roster basis and will operate cross-terminal and campus wide. Tasks are allocated based on demand, and team members will be required to be agile and move from areas / tasks, as directed by on-shift supervision, responding to any changes in the plan during a shift.

These roles are shift based roles and will provide 24/7 coverage throughout the airport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class cleaning service by ensuring that all general and deep cleaning and sanitisation duties are carried out to the highest standard and in line with SOPs and the Terminals Cleaning Standard.
• Ensure comfort and cleanliness of all parts of Dublin Airport campus
• Collection of campus wide trolleys for replenishment to baggage halls ensuring trolley numbers are kept in line with recognised KPIs.
• Follow company health & safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain and store all allocated equipment in line with all relevant SOPs
• Play an active role in ensuring that all stock is accounted for and utilised in an efficient manner
• Strong focus on meeting customer and stakeholder needs ensuring safety and positive experience
• Actively engage with the Company's performance management system / feedback discussions regarding individual performance.
• Identify and deliver improvement initiatives
• Ensure emergency response procedures are implemented in the event of an airport emergency or unplanned event
• Ensurecompliance with safety systems and SOPs
• Actively liaise with operations teams to ensure the smooth running of Dublin Airport areas
• Deal effectively with lost property left at the campus
• Maintain all car parks and roadways at Dublin Airport to the highest standard

Other Duties:

• Supporting the Service Delivery Team Lead on all duties
• To operate vehicles, ride ons and equipment in a safe manner across campus (training provided)
• Complete vehicle, equipment and system checks as required.

Qualifications

• Previous front-line experience with a strong customer service focus
• Ability to work on their own initiative / without supervision
• Driving Licence essential
• Ability to work under pressure
• Confidence to promote innovative solutions
• Strong team-working skills
• Strong attention to detail

Daa as regulated entity requires all applicants to:

• Pass 5-year background check (including a criminal background check/Garda Vetting)
• Pass a medical evaluation
• Successfully meet all requirements to obtain an Airport Identity Card
