Term-Time School Health Assistant - Screenings

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a School Health Assistant to support the school nursing service and SAIS, working term time in Aylesbury and surrounding areas. Based at Rayner's Hedge/Stoke Mandeville Hospital, you may travel to other sites as needed.

You will help deliver NCMP/vision screening, support the vaccination programme, and work with families to ensure effective screening and immunisation delivery with good IT and safeguarding practice.
