Term-Time Safeguarding & Wellbeing Mentor

Hopwood Hall is seeking a dedicated Safeguarding and Wellbeing Mentor for maternity cover. You will work with a designated cohort of learners with safeguarding and wellbeing needs, providing targeted support, coordinating plans and liaising with families and external agencies.

You'll deliver early help, manage attendance, and oversee Personal Education Plans for Looked After Children, while applying a trauma-informed, strength-based approach to help learners engage in education and progress.
