Term-Time Personal Development Tutor & Wellbeing Coach

Coastland College in Weymouth and Kingston Maurward is seeking a Personal Development Tutor to support young people's academic and personal growth. The role offers 37 hours per week (full-time and part-time hours available; term time only) with a salary of £27,259 per annum FTE, prorated for part-time hours.

You will deliver tutorial sessions, conduct 1:1 progress reviews, support employability skills, and promote attendance and safeguarding best practice across campuses.
