Nursery Manager - Term-Time Only 
38 Weeks Per Year + Only 5 Floating Cover Days Outside of Term Time

The successful candidate will:
- Lead, motivate and develop the nursery team
- Ensure the highest standards of care, learning and development for all children
- Drive excellence across EYFS delivery and safeguarding practices
- Maintain compliance, policies, procedures and nursery records
- Build strong partnerships with parents, carers and external professionals
- Support and promote SEND and inclusive practice throughout the setting
- Oversee nursery administration, funding and financial processes, including invoicing
- Ensure children are safe, supported and receiving high-quality early years experiences
- Act as, or work towards becoming, the Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Oversee or support SENCo responsibilities within the nursery
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior role within a childcare setting
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- Excellent understanding of safeguarding requirements
- Proven leadership and people-management skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Experience managing multiple priorities and maintaining high standards
- Experience of nursery administration and financial processes
- Passion for delivering exceptional early years education and care
