Term-Time Deputy Head of Study Support

Peter Symonds College in Winchester is recruiting a Deputy to join the Study Support team for a term-time role. The post supports the Head of Study Support and helps set strategic SEND priorities while ensuring smooth departmental operations and strong partnerships with parents and external professionals.

The Deputy will line-manage Learning Support Assistants and EHCP Caseworkers, handling a caseload of SEND students to enable personalised learning and success.
