Term-Time Customer Service Advisor

Bidfood UK is seeking a dedicated customer service professional to handle and resolve a wide range of customer issues by phone or email, applying sound judgement and strong communication to deliver excellent service. You will contribute to process improvements across the depot, leveraging solid IT and finance skills, and work with colleagues to maintain the highest standards of customer support.
