Term-Time Chef Manager: Lead Kitchen & Profit

Aspens Services is seeking an ambitious Chef Manager in Birmingham to take full operational and financial responsibility for a school catering facility. You will lead a kitchen team, manage costs, and oversee menu development to deliver high quality, compliant catering.

This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule during school terms, approximately 40 hours per week across 39 weeks per year, with a £27,000 annual salary. DBS disclosure will be sought in line with safeguarding requirements.
