Term-time Campus Café Chef - Breakfast & Lunch Service

Education Partnership North East is seeking a Chef for Sunderland College, working term-time between 7.45am and 3.45pm to support the campus cafe kitchen. The role involves breakfast and lunch service and supervising catering assistants as needed.

Candidates should have strong HACCP/COSHH knowledge, food allergen handling, and the ability to manage menu costs and budget while delivering value-for-money, nutritious meals to around 500 covers.
