Position: Tender Specialist

Location: Nanterre, France

Requirements: Fluent Spanish, Portuguese & English + experience in public tender management

Contract: Permanent, full-time (CDI)


The Project

Join an international life sciences group supporting public procurement activities for cutting-edge scientific solutions. As part of a cross-functional team, you will handle public tenders across Southern Europe (mainly Spain and Portugal), collaborating closely with sales, service, and legal teams to ensure compliance and success. This is a strategic role that directly supports market access and commercial success.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and identify relevant public tenders across designated markets
  • Prepare and compile all tender documentation, ensuring full compliance with legal and procedural requirements
  • Coordinate inputs from sales, legal, and finance departments to meet tight deadlines
  • Submit tender documents through national and international e-procurement platforms
  • Follow up on tender outcomes and provide clear reporting to internal teams
  • Support contract finalization after successful tenders
  • Ensure correct document signing processes according to company policy


What We're Looking For

  • You are fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English-both spoken and written
  • You have 1 to 2 years of experience in tender management, contract coordination, or legal/admin roles in regulated environments
  • You're highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple deadlines
  • You work independently and proactively, with strong problem-solving skills
  • You are comfortable with Office 365 tools and document platforms
  • Experience in healthcare, scientific, or medical devices is a plus
  • You enjoy working in multicultural environments and contributing to team succes
