Tender Opportunity - Helensburgh Outdoor Museum Maintenance & Repair

Argyll and Bute Council is seeking a contractor to assess and improve the condition of the Helensburgh Outdoor Museum, enhancing its appeal as a heritage led attraction for both residents and visitors.

The work will include:

  • A full condition survey of the museum's assets and structures
  • Recommendations for essential repairs and maintenance
  • Delivery of approved works
  • Development of a sustainable maintenance plan within limited budgets and staffing
