Tenant Welfare & Safeguarding Officer

Raven Housing Trust is seeking a Welfare Officer to join our Customer Welfare Team. The role focuses on delivering tailored welfare support to vulnerable residents, helping sustain tenancies and manage safety risks.

You will collaborate with multi agency partners and be involved in case conferences as needed. Applicants should have experience with caseload management, safeguarding principles, and a full UK driving licence.
