We're looking for a talented individual to join our Centre Management team as the Retail Operations Manager This is your chance to take on a pivotal role in a vibrant and fast-paced environment, where you'll be at the forefront of shaping the tenant experience. Key objectives
Foster strong tenant relationships to enhance performance, communication, and engagement. Support high standards across the centre, including store presentation, mall conditions, and compliance. Analyse key centre KPIs, including retailer performance and footfall, and present insights to the wider business.
What you will be doing
Build strong tenant relationships, driving engagement and enhancing performance.
Support the Centre Operations & Estate Manager in maintaining high standards, including in-store presentation, customer service, and compliance.
Oversee tenant care and service, managing onboarding and ongoing tenant support.
Manage communication tools like URW Connect, ensuring retailer engagement and content accuracy.
Drive tenant participation in marketing campaigns and centre events.
Maintain the centre's presentation, attending site walks to identify and address operational concerns.
Collect, analyse, and report on tenant turnover and footfall data, highlighting trends.
Conduct regular tenant visits, providing feedback and support.
Contribute to revenue generation, collaborating with stakeholders to unlock income opportunities.
Participate in the duty manager responsibilities, including emergency coordination and crisis management.
Lead capital expenditure projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Assist in financial budgeting and forecasting.
Promote a safe working environment, supporting risk management initiatives and attending safety meetings.
What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?
Proven communicator with strong interpersonal skills at all levels
Ability to build positive relationships with retailers, commercial operators and brands
Resourceful and innovative with the ability to apply new concepts and ideas to strategies and tactical actions
Results and achievement oriented to high standards
Highly organised, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise
Fast and responsive, ability to work to strict deadlines
Attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative
Team Player, maintaining close working relationships within team and with other employees to achieve business objectives
Flexibility and willingness to embrace change and new opportunities

Significant experience in a mixed-use operational environment
Previous experience in Retial is a bonus
