Pay rate: £13-14 ph temp, £29-30k perm
Duration: 16 weeks temp, then on to perm.
We are hiring for a Tenant Liaison Officer in the Lytham St Annes - Blackpool area on a temp to perm basis.
Duties- Pre-entry visits and company inductions
- Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms
- Visiting tenants in their homes to advise them on when and what work is being carried out
- Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that tenant may have
- Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with them
- Visiting empty houses that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion dates
- Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out
- Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong and stable career within face to face customer service, ideally within Housing or Construction sectors.
What's on offer- £13-14 per hour
- £29-30k salary once perm
