Job Description

We are looking to recruit two Landlord and Tenant Liaison Officers to join our Fire Safety and Decarbonisation Delivery Team. You will be working under the supervision of the Principal Building Surveyor, but working with all the team delivering improvement projects relating to the fire safety & decarbonisation to tenants in the district

Who are we looking for?

You will need to demonstrate that you can engage with tenants, leaseholders and contractors where the projects are established or being established, to ensure that we are transparent to our customers about the project, working with all involved teams and contractors to help ensure a smooth completion of all works.

As a Tenant Liaison Officer you will develop positive relationships with residents to provide information and support during refurbishment, maintenance and major works programmes. You will also be responsible for booking in appointments and will manage your own diary.

Duties include:

Pre entry visits and company inductions Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms Visiting tenants in their homes and to advise them on when and what work is being carried out. Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that tenant may have Work with the team and the Landlord Operations team for issues regarding access to complete surveys or works. Attending and chairing tenant meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out Monitor customer complaints and resolve any potential issues Monitor customer satisfaction. Assist with the contract administration for all involved projects and contractors. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong and stable career within face to face customer service, ideally within Housing or Construction sectors.

You must also have a full driving licence along with use of a vehicle as there will be regular and frequent travel required around the district.

The intention is for the postholder to work from home however, you will be expected to attend customers home, and our properties frequently, so you will need to be within easy travelling distance form Warwick Districtasrequired. Any costs for travel from home to the office will be met by the successful candidate. However, if you would prefer to be based at one of our offices this can be accommodated.
