Tenant Engagement & Community Sustainment Lead

Respond Housing Association in Dublin is seeking a Community and Tenant Engagement & Sustainment Officer to deliver our Tenant Engagement Strategy and strengthen tenant participation across Dublin schemes.

The role focuses on empowering tenants, sustaining tenancies, and linking tenants to internal and external supports, with a national remit and some travel. A third-level qualification in housing or related field is desirable, and a full driving license is required.
