Tenant Access & Service Coordinator

Liberty Property Services in Birmingham is seeking a confident Tenant Liaison Officer to join our team. You will act as the main link between residents, clients and housing teams, ensuring servicing and compliance works are carried out with minimal disruption.

You'll build relationships with tenants, manage communications, and support access to properties while assisting vulnerable residents and maintaining accurate records. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Birmingham.
