Tenancy Sustainment Officer at Andium Homes Limited

The Tenancy Management function provides a comprehensive and co-ordinated response to prevent and reduce anti-social behaviour within our stock.

The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be responsible for receiving anti-social behaviour / nuisance complaints and investigating such complaints within agreed procedures, working with tenants, and other agencies where appropriate and acting against the perpetrators, including preparing casework for legal action, and representing in court, when necessary. The team are also responsible for reviewing existing tenancies due for renewal or termination.
