Tenancy Support Lead for Community Housing

Clanmil Housing Association is seeking a Tenancy Support Co-Ordinator based in Belfast, covering schemes in the surrounding area. You will welcome new tenants, explain handbooks, sign up tenants and conduct home visits.

You will build partnerships with services and respond to antisocial behaviour, including gathering statements and assisting enforcement where needed. You will support older tenants to reduce isolation and organise activities to promote a sense of community.
