Tenancy Portfolio Manager - Entry Level

Hunters East Coast is seeking a Tenancy Manager to own and manage a portfolio of 85-110 properties across Scarborough and surrounding towns. You will act as the single contact for landlords and tenants from check-in through to tenancy completion, coordinating repairs and deposits with a proactive, customer focused approach.

You will receive full training on lettings legislation and our CRM systems, plus ongoing coaching to develop negotiation and sales skills while growing the managed portfolio.
