Tenancy Enforcement Officer

• Investigate reports of illegal eviction, harassment and housing-related discrimination
• Support vulnerable residents to understand and exercise their rights
• Use available enforcement tools to investigate offending
• Work as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team
• Work with tenants, landlords, letting agents and partner organisations
• Apply housing legislation to resolve disputes and prevent homelessness
• Take enforcement action where necessary

Requirements
