Tenancy Coordinator: Proactive Property & Tenant Liaison

John D Wood & Co. are seeking a Tenancy Co-ordinator to oversee a portfolio of tenancies not on a full management service. You will be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, handling inquiries and coordinating inspections and compliance across the portfolio.

The role includes supporting renewal negotiations and ensuring proper documentation, with opportunities for induction, training and professional development within a long-established estate agency.
