Tenancy & Housing Officer: Rent, Viewings & Support

Essential Employment is seeking a Housing Officer in Barking on a full time, temporary basis. You will manage end to end tenancy processes, from viewings to signups and terminations, aiming to maximise rent and service charges.

You will work within a Housing Team to support colleagues, conduct tenancy audits, and coordinate with specialist services to resolve tenancy issues and promote tenancy success.
