Tenancy & Estate Management Officer - Agile, Impactful Role

Charnwood Borough Council is recruiting a Tenancy and Estate Management Officer. You will work with tenants and other agencies to manage tenancies, handling visits, exchanges, succ essions and tenancy changes in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves enforcement where necessary, estate walks, and delivering advice under tenancy agreements. CBC operates an agile working policy with a mix of home and office-based working.
