Tenancy & ASB Officer: Investigations & Safeguarding

The Hyde Group in Chichester is seeking a Housing Tenancy Management Officer to help deliver safe, secure and well managed homes. You'll support customers, tackle anti social behaviour and protect the sustainability of our communities.

In this frontline role you'll lead ASB and tenancy enforcement cases, conduct investigations and risk assessments, and prepare clear case plans. You'll work with police, local authorities and partners, maintaining accurate records and ensuring policy compliance.
