Overview

A fast-growing and ambitious e-commerce startup is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their small but mighty People team until the end of the year, with potential to extend.

This is a fantastic chance to play a key role in shaping the candidate experience and supporting a rapidly scaling business.

Responsibilities
  • Reporting into the Head of Talent, you will be at the heart of the hiring process, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • From scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications to keeping the applicant tracking system updated and supporting hiring managers, you will help make every step of recruitment seamless.
  • You will contribute to projects that help the business grow, such as refining recruitment processes, strengthening the employer brand, and finding creative ways to make candidates feel welcome and excited to join the team.
Qualifications
  • This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in talent acquisition within a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • You will be organised and detail-oriented, with demonstrated experience working within a startup environment. You should be able to juggle multiple priorities and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Logistics

Based in Central London, 3 days a week in the office, paid as a day rate.
