Temporary Retail Store Manager - Lead a High-Impact Team

Cotton Traders is seeking a Temporary Retail Store Manager to cover maternity leave at our Port Solent team. You will lead a small store, drive sales, service, and KPI targets while delivering excellent customer experience.

You will recruit and train staff, merchandise in line with brand guidance, and manage stock, rotas, and operational standards. Weekend work is required. Compensation includes a clothing allowance and employee perks.
